- What got in the way?
- One intention for the next seven days
The goal isn’t perfection. It’s awareness. No guilt. No pressure. Just a clear picture of where I’ve been and where I want to go next.
Every week, whether it felt like a win or a loss, teaches you something if you’re willing to look for it.
