Sunday gives me a useful chance to review the week before I start another one.
I use two questions because I want the review to stay simple enough to finish.
1. What am I proud of from this week?
This does not need to be a huge result. It might be publishing consistently, sending an email I had been putting off, improving a landing page, or having one useful conversation.
The point is to notice evidence of progress instead of only looking at what is unfinished.
2. What deserves my focus next week?
I try to pick one thing connected to a real result. For an online business, that might mean improving one offer, creating one useful piece of content, talking to potential customers, or following up with people already on an email list.
Choosing one focus helps me avoid filling the week with busy work.
A simple example
If I had a week with decent social reach but no new email subscribers, I would not make “post more” the automatic goal. I would look at the path from the post to the landing page and decide which part deserves the next test.
That turns reflection into a decision instead of another motivational exercise.
